Random Thoughts

I have been crazy busy this month with everything from a work to family life! Amelia is still refusing to walk on her own. We have gotten her to take a few steps but as soon as she realizes that she is standing alone, she sits. While standing she is remarkably stable. It isn't a matter of CAN she walk, it is when WILL she walk. Her personality is becoming more and more defined. If she doesn't like things she is eating, she will scrape her tongue off with her fingers (it's pretty funny). Almost every morning she says "Bye Dad" whether Rob is leaving or not, it is so cute! Today we brought her puppy with us to church and when Rob was getting her out of the car, she set her puppy down and said, "Bye Puppy". It is so cute! The other day she threw her first temper tantrum. Watching this occur I was reminded of how I was when I was younger. I used to throw temper tantrums so long and drawn out that I would break out in hives. Amelia turned red and splotchy. I can only imagine what it is going to be like when she gets older. I did video this temper tantrum so that I could show her when she gets older at how ridiculous she was. I couldn't help but laugh a bit but eventually she got to spend some time in her room. She also has enjoyed her month playing with her daddy and the new drums that she got from her grandpa and grandma Vicky. She loves playing anything that makes music! Here are a few photos from the month!
